||The Social Media Manager will work strategically across the organization and be responsible for oversight and administration of the community using the various social media platforms with attention to the Company’s digital brand building to targeted audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
•Implement company’s strategy on various social media platforms by providing oversight of all postings.
•Work across the organization to optimize digital content with the goal of building brand awareness and increasing community engagement.
•Ensure postings are true to the look, feel and unique voice for each channel and audience.
•Listen to users; monitor and respond to feedback.
•Develop statistical understanding of the operations and performance of postings.
•Create key reports to monitor and communicate social media effectiveness.
•Translate analysis into recommendations and plans to increase engagement.
•Test and analyze calls to action and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental increases in site visits, revenue, engagement, etc.
•Understand the cadence of social postings to determine when/where, etc. to most effectively post.
•Other projects as are needed or assigned.
We are looking for a candidate with:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing social media marketing at the enterprise level.
•In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
•Understanding of SEO and SEM and proven experience a must.
•Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate both online and organizationally.
•Understanding of social platforms.
•Familiarity with web analytics platforms and monitoring.
•Must be passionate about Guideposts products and services.
•Strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential.
